Build Instructions for a Two Story Set

This instruction booklet is for a two story set with a front staircase and a rear escape. It is suitable for interior or exterior sets. It is broken down into units, and arranged in the order that I would build and assemble it, if it were in my shop. This doesn’t mean that you have to do it in exactly the same order, though I would suggest building the component parts first. Each section has tools, materials, and components listed for that particular section. 

This booklet does assume you have stock platforms and flats.
